We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead a landmark digital transformation in Doha, Qatar. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end evolution of a major national platform from its current version to the next generation. You will establish the master delivery governance framework, ensuring structured oversight across all technical, operational, and governance workstreams. Your leadership will be critical in managing the integrated master schedule, coordinating complex cross-vendor release trains, and enforcing a rigorous quality assurance strategy.
