Full Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for an enterprise transformation program. The role focuses on test governance, planning, execution leadership, and release readiness, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Define and own the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and overall testing governance (SIT/UAT/Regression)
Lead test execution across multiple workstreams (Salesforce + integrations) and ensure full requirements traceability
Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business users
Drive defect management (triage, prioritization, follow-up, reporting) and ensure timely resolution
Establish testing KPIs and reporting dashboards (progress, coverage, risks, readiness)
Ensure alignment between testing cycles, release roadmap, and deployment activities
Support go-live preparation, cutover readiness, and hypercare validation

7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA, including experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager
Strong knowledge of test management best practices (strategy, planning, governance, reporting)
Experience in enterprise platforms and complex programs with multiple integrations
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira / Xray / Zephyr / Azure DevOps
