QAQC Manager - Data Centers
Position Overview The QAQC Manager for Data Centers is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within mission-critical environments. This role ensures that all operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, while also maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement QAQC policies and procedures for data center projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and coordinate all QAQC activities related to electrical and MEP systems in data centers. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure scheduling aligns with quality control timelines. Oversee commissioning processes and ensure that all systems meet design specifications and operational requirements. Train and mentor team members on QAQC best practices and safety protocols including OSHA and LOTO regulations. Act as a liaison with clients and stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
