Overview

SAP Testing Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements. This role is heavily focused on test automation, end-to-end SAP testing, and quality assurance across integrated SAP landscapes. You will work closely with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to ensure SAP solutions are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP S/4HANA applications
Translate SAP functional and technical requirements into automated test scenarios
Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end SAP test cycles
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using qTest and JIRA
Perform performance testing using NeoLoad, analyze results, and recommend improvements
Identify and implement test automation opportunities using Tosca and custom scripting
Utilize Python-based scripts or utilities to support advanced test validation
Apply risk-based testing to prioritize critical business processes
Develop and maintain testing artifacts including test plans, execution reports, and coverage matrices
Collaborate with developers, SAP functional consultants, and business stakeholders to validate fixes and ensure test completeness
Continuously improve testing frameworks, automation coverage, and execution efficiency
Support integration of Tosca, qTest, and NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

7 + years of overall SAP testing experience
5+ years of hands-on test automation experience using Tricentis Tosca
Strong experience testing SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, and cross-module integrations
Hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP integration testing
Solid knowledge of Tosca automation frameworks, test case design, and execution
Experience using qTest and JIRA for test and defect management
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Tricentis Tosca and/or SAP module certifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or SAP cloud-based solutions
