Job Description
You will be part of the Control Testing Team in Group Compliance. We are a continuously growing team of 24 professional colleagues based across the Nordics, Lithuania, and Poland. This open position is based in Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, or Poland working out of our office in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Vilnius, or Warsaw.

Your main responsibility will be to test the design and operational effectiveness of controls against Group Policy requirements and external regulatory requirements and expectations. Our annual plan consists of various types of testing activities across multiple Regulatory Compliance risk types, which creates a versatile work life with many different and varied tasks.
This position can be located in Denmark, Lithuania, Finland or Poland. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2640 to 3960EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania, Denmark, Poland or Finland.
Analyse and review regulatory and policy requirements and expectations as well as other data points, such as the output of risk assessments, to determine a targeted risk-based approach to testing; Investigate and assess internal processes, procedures, and control frameworks in order to scope and plan the Control Testing; Exercise knowledge and analytical skills to carry out and test according to the scope, and raise observations on areas where you find risks that need mitigation; Need to clearly document your results and ensure alignment and agreement with stakeholders on the context of the report; Maintain ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, as you will be in touch with our stakeholders on mitigations and closure of observations.
3+ years of experience with control testing or control execution within the financial sector. Knowledge of processes, controls, and regulatory compliance risks; Advanced skill in English, both verbal and written; Proven stakeholder and project management skills; Planning, organizing and prioritization capability; Experience in undertaking investigations/analysis with the ability to draw inferences from the information.
