Role: Lead QA / Testing Architect (Senior)
Automation frameworks and testing tools for Web, Mobile, Windows apps, and APIs
Manual, automation, and performance testing approaches
Design patterns, coding standards, optimization for scalability/reliability
Oversee the full testing lifecycle, drive continuous improvement, and align activities with project goals
Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance, and manual workflows
Own automation frameworks and testing tools implementation; provide technical direction to improve efficiency and quality
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Extensive software engineering experience with emphasis on Testing or Test Automation
Proven track record planning and leading a full testing program (automation, performance, functional)
Strong ability to build/maintain test frameworks from scratch for Web, Mobile, Windows, and APIs
Experience improving frameworks via design patterns, coding standards, and scalability/reliability optimization
