🎯 Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for Web UI, API, and end-to-end testing using modern tools and best practices.
Develop and run automated tests fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines, enabling fast and reliable releases.
Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high quality in a microservices-based architecture.
Take ownership of technical leadership and mentoring, setting automation standards and performing code reviews.
Leverage AI-assisted tools and techniques to improve test coverage, identify flaky tests, and optimize automation efforts.
Continuously improve the stability and reliability of the test suite, including self-healing approaches where applicable.
Taking part in features design and planning.

📝 Requirements / Must-Have

5+ years of professional experience in test automation or QA/SDET roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium for Web UI and API automation.
Solid understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL), HTTP protocols, JSON, and test data strategies.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, used for data validation, test data preparation, and debugging.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic engineering mindset.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and test strategy in agile environments.
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers at different seniority levels.
Ownership mindset, proactivity, and clear communication within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt, especially in an AI-assisted testing and development landscape.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
