Must-have skills

Minimum HNC in Electronics Engineering (preferred Electronics Degree 2:1).

≥5 years’ experience in fast-moving electronics manufacturing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to read drawings/schematics; strong diagnostic skills; ability to mentor; good communication (written and verbal).

Join our team as a Senior Test Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge PCB assemblies for our customers!
We are currently looking for Senior Test Engineer to join our Test department. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely testing and diagnosis of PCB Assemblies working in line with customer specifications and Company processes to support production throughput.
Some key responsibilities for this role include
Testing and diagnosing customer product to company and industry standards Supporting external customers with technical queries in a timely manner Reporting work status to Production Test leadership Maintaining accurate test data sets Carrying out fault diagnosis to component level Programming devices to customer specifications Providing mentor type support to less experienced /skilled team members Supporting Team Leaders and Department Managers with technical expertise
For this role you will need
Minimum HNC in Electronics Engineering. Preferred Electronics Degree min 2: 1 Min 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving electronics manufacturing environment Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and schematics Ability to identify components Demonstrates proactive approach Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Flexible and proactive approach Good communications skills; written and verbal Ability to Mentor Excellent diagnostic skills
