Project Role: Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch Project Role Description : Develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering. Must have skills : Cloud Contact Center Implementation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction in quality assurance efforts. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall improvement of testing methodologies within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration with contact center technologies. - Experience in developing automated testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in quality engineering.
