About the role We are partnering with a leading financial services client investing heavily in modernising their test automation frameworks. As an Automation Tester, you will work within a collaborative Agile team to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Tosca and Selenium with C#. This role suits someone with 3–5 years of hands-on automation experience who wants to take ownership of quality in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and Selenium (C#) Work closely with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to ensure high-quality delivery Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers Analyse test results, identify and track defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automation into build and release processes Participate in peer code reviews and team knowledge-sharing sessions
About you 3–5 years of experience in test automation with strong skills in Tosca and Selenium using C# Sound understanding of SDLC, testing principles, and Agile methodologies Experience testing APIs (REST, SOAP) is desirable Previous experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team ISTQB or Tosca certification is a plus
