💡 Automation Engineer – Hybrid | Boston, MA
Are you passionate about streamlining workflows, automating processes, and leveraging AI tools to make organizations run smarter?
We’re partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire an Automation Engineer who will play a key role in transforming how business teams work.
🔹 What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions. Use Microsoft tools (Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI) to create smart workflows and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and deliver solutions that save time and improve accuracy. Explore ways to bring AI-driven solutions into day-to-day operations. Continuously improve existing systems and ensure new solutions align with business needs.
🔹 What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of application design, workflow automation, or process improvement experience. Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Power Platform, Copilot and related tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of automation and AI concepts (experience in professional services environments is a plus, but not required). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
