This role is 100% manual testing and requires strong ownership of the testing lifecycle, deep attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Own the full manual testing lifecycle, from test planning through execution Design, develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate functionality and identify defects Analyze requirements and specifications to ensure testability and logical accuracy Identify, document, track, and verify defects through the complete defect lifecycle Troubleshoot quality issues and verify bug fixes Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to advocate for product quality Provide actionable feedback to improve overall software reliability and user experience
