Role Overview We are looking for a Content Quality Assurance & Auditor to ensure digital marketing campaigns are accurate, compliant, and ready for launch. This role focuses on testing and validating email, web, SMS, and automated customer journeys built in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will partner closely with developers, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to execute QA/QC across multiple campaigns and help maintain high quality standards across all digital communications. What You’ll Do QA and validate emails, web pages, SMS, and automated journeys Execute functional, visual, and data testing across browsers and devices Review journeys, automations, segments, and data extensions for accuracy Identify, document, and track defects; support issue resolution Ensure campaigns meet quality, compliance, and accessibility standards Maintain QA checklists, documentation, and audit records Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and process gaps Who You Are 2+ years of experience in digital marketing QA, email/web testing, or campaign execution Proven experience testing emails, websites, mobile experiences, and campaign automations Comfortable testing across multiple browsers, devices, and tools Experience supporting bilingual (English/French) campaigns is preferred Prior experience as a campaign developer or QA analyst is an asset Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Work Model
