Top 3 responsibilities

Ensure guest information is complete and accurate per scorecard metrics.

Prepare and provide accurate data in systems to support reporting.

Must-have skills

High school Diploma/GED.

1 year timeshare sales experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving.

Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to obtain notary license; professional demeanor; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Full Description
We are looking for a strong-minded individual who is looking to be involved at the end of our sales process! This person assists with closing as a customer makes a decision to purchase our vacation ownership product. If you have strong customer service and administrative experience this may be the job for you! Here are some of the other functions of this role. Ensure all information relayed to the guest is complete and accurate based on scorecard metrics Prepare and provide accurate data that is accurately detailed in systems to build reports that will better support our teams Effectively communicate your findings with your fellow team members as well as your management Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and company appointments Qualifications - Do you have these skills? Then this role might be perfect for you! High school Diploma/GED 1 year of timeshare sales experience preferred Communicate clearly and distinctly with new owners. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and problem-solving skills. Must be computer savvy and have experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess the ability to acquire your notary license.

It's advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or related experience preferred Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance (QAM) or as a Verification Loan
- 2+ Officer (VLO)
- Existing Notary Licensure
