We’re looking for a detail-oriented Verification Loan Officer (VLO) who will review all sales documentation, verify customer purchases, and ensure accurate closings for new owners. Your Impact
Review all final sales documentation with new owners, including contracts, fees, and financing options Verify the validity of purchases and confirm accuracy with customers Obtain all required signatures and ensure proper documentation for internal compliance Follow up with customers on missed payments or documentation issues Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and updates in the Sales System Participate in ongoing customer service and compliance training
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; prior timeshare experience preferred Knowledge of timeshare products, legal documents, escrow procedures, and basic sales techniques Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in-house software systems Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
