Role & seniority: Product Analyst, QA (mid-level) focused on Billing within an Enterprise SaaS/FinTech context
Stack/tools: NetSuite ERP; billing/invoicing/AR domain; manual testing; bug tracking and test-management processes; agile ceremonies
Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans for new features/releases across the order-to-cash process
Perform deep regression testing, edge-case exploration, and collaborate with engineering to verify fixes
Document results, track defects, communicate quality status, and contribute to test coverage improvements
3–5 years in QA/UAT/Product Analyst roles focused on Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services
Direct billing/tools experience (billing, invoicing, AR) and testing requirements
Strong understanding of order-to-cash, billing cycles, and ERP/NetSuite familiarity (NetSuite a significant advantage)
Analytical problem solving, clear written/verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail
Agile experience and ability to work cross-functionally

Test Plan Development & Execution: Partner with the Product Manager to co-define comprehensive test strategies, create detailed test cases, and execute rigorous manual testing across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Deliver in-depth, hands-on testing for new features, major releases, and hotfixes, ensuring the Billing product meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
Deep Regression Testing: Conduct extensive regression testing on sensitive components of existing functionality to ensure stability, prevent unintended side-effects, and maintain the integrity of the core billing engine.
Edge Case & Troubleshooting Expertise: Focus on identifying hard-to-find edge cases, reproducing complex issues, and working with the engineering team to confirm resolutions before deployment.
Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously document test results, track defects in a bug management system, and clearly communicate quality status, risks, and test coverage to the product and engineering teams.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in agile ceremonies to align testing activities with development goals and timelines.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the QA process, test coverage, and product quality standards. Requirements 3-5 years of Progressive experience in a QA, UAT, or Product Analyst role, with a dedicated focus on testing Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services products.
Billing Tools Experience: Direct, working experience with enterprise-level Billing, Invoicing, and/or Accounts Receivable software and their testing requirements is required.
Deep Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process, billing cycles, and financial data.
ERP Acumen: Experience working with ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex financial workflows to anticipate and test failure scenarios.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to write clear, concise bug reports and test plans.
Detail & Execution Focus: A meticulous approach to testing, a zero-tolerance for defects, and a strong track record of successful execution in an agile environment.
Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
