Define, implement, and own end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and standards for AI/ML product releases. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual and automation testing. Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar. Perform comprehensive API testing (REST / SOAP / GraphQL) using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent. Validate data pipelines, transformations, and storage layers through robust database testing (SQL / NoSQL). Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure quality across AI/ML models and web applications. Own test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and release sign-off. Ensure product quality across Linux-based environments and multiple platforms. Continuously improve test coverage, automation maturity, and QA efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 812 years of overall QA experience, with 2+ years in a QA Lead or mentorship role. Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation. Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar. Solid experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases for data validation and backend testing. Exposure to Linux / Unix environments. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Familiarity with AI/ML product testing (model accuracy, performance, integration) is a strong plus.
