Lead end-to-end automation initiatives and build automation frameworks from scratch in a manual testing environment.
Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Provide expertise in automation architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end automation initiatives and build automation frameworks from scratch in a manual testing environment.
Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Provide expertise in automation architecture and best practices.
Execute API automation and contribute to regression, smoke, and UAT testing cycles.
Drive functional testing transformation and revamp testing processes.
Work collaboratively in Agile teams and align testing with business requirements.
Utilize VB Macros, VB Scripts, and perform testing-related database validation using SQL / DB2.
Manage data requirements and ensure proper data provisioning for automation.
Apply knowledge of Application Automation Management and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Create test plans, provide estimations, and participate in project planning activities.
Use fundamental project management concepts such as work breakdown structures, MS Project, and scheduling.
Required Skills
10+ years of QA experience with strong automation expertise.
Deep experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Strong automation architecture background.
Expertise in Agile methodologies.
Experience with API automation.
Database knowledge: SQL, DB2.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and integration.
Experience with VB macros/scripts (nice to have).
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
