Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests
Identify, report, and follow up defects throughout the development lifecycle
Validate data integrity via SQL queries; collaborate with development, product, and business teams in Agile settings
Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
≥3 years in similar QA roles; insurance sector experience
Proven testing process experience to ensure software quality and user experience
Ability to work autonomously or in a team; strong problem-solving/analytical skills
Proactive, adaptable to changing priorities; fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient with JIRA & Confluence
ISTQB Certified Tester
Prior experience in Agile methodologies

Mid QA Consultant (Insurance)
Responsibilities Execution of functional, regression, and exploratory tests. Defect identification, reporting, and follow-up throughout the development lifecycle. Data validation using relational databases, performing queries to ensure data integrity and consistency. Close collaboration with development, product, and business teams in Agile, multidisciplinary environments.
Skills Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas. Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar roles. Experience in the insurance sector. Experience with testing process (create and execute tests to ensure the best software quality and the least number of bugs possible for the user to have the best experience in using the software). Demonstrate work experience in Software Testing environments. ISTQB Certified Tester is a plus. Familiar with Agile Methodologies. JIRA & Confluence experience. Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change. Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
