Role & seniority: QA Consultant (mid-level, 3+ years in similar roles)
Stack/tools: Banking domain testing; Testing process design, test execution; Test/defect management tools; JIRA, Confluence; Agile methodologies; ISTQB certification a plus; English proficiency mandatory
Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and minimize user-facing bugs
Perform testing activities within software testing environments and ensure traceability
Manage tests and defects using appropriate tools; collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Minimum 3 years in software testing; banking sector experience
Strong knowledge of testing processes, test/defect management tools, JIRA & Confluence
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; autonomous/work in teams; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proactive, adaptable to changing priorities; customer-oriented with responsibility
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
ISTQB Certified Tester
Prior experience with banking applications and regulatory considerations

Role: QA Consultant

Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas. Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar roles. Experience in the banking sector. Experience with Testing process (create and execute tests to ensure the best software quality and the least number of bugs possible for the user to have the best experience in using the software). Demonstrate work experience in Software Testing environments. Test and Defect Management Tool Knowledge. ISTQB Certified Tester is a plus. Familiar with Agile Methodologies. JIRA & Confluence experience. Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change. Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvement. Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
