Job Descriptions: Digitalization & Automation Engineer We are seeking a skilled Digitalization & Automation Engineer with experience in the OT (Operational Technology) system to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automation systems, optimizing digital solutions, and driving the digital transformation of our operations. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial automation systems, digital technologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.
System Design: Design, configure, and implement Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), PLC and SCADA for manufacturing plant process control.
Digitalization Enhancement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design and develop digital solutions that improve production processes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall plant performance. Lead the digitalization efforts by deploying Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT sensors, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions to enhance operational insights and decision-making.
Data Literacy: Monitor and analyze data from automation systems to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues, coordinating with vendors and other teams as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation related to automation systems, digital solutions, and project deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, instrumentation engineers, and Production Team to optimize system performance.
