Job Title Process Quality Engineer 3 Job Description We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to support high-quality performance and compliance across our manufacturing operations. This role drives change management, monitors operational performance, leads defect and non-conformance analysis, and supports investigations and CAPA implementation. The position partners closely with stakeholders, provides technical guidance, and plays a key role in strengthening quality processes within our factories. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Science, or Engineering discipline strongly preferred or Equivalent years of experience in manufacturing industry. Master Degree is a plus. Fluent reading, writing, presenting and negotiation English skills Requires 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a regulated industry. Demonstrated expertise in CAPA management, non-conformance disposition, validations, and risk management. Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to mentor less experienced engineers.
