Role & seniority: Senior/Staff QA Engineer

Embed quality thinking across the full development lifecycle and partner with engineering, product, and design

Significant web test automation experience and modern testing frameworks
Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js

YOUR IMPACT As a Senior/Staff QA Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the quality, reliability, and customer trust of our SaaS platform. You will shape how we think about quality across the entire development lifecycle - embedding testing strategies early, strengthening automation, and ensuring that quality metrics reflect customer experience. Your impact will extend beyond individual test suites, influencing processes, teams, and long-term product stability.
THIS IS YOU Significant experience in test automation for web applications, and have a strong understanding of modern software development processes. You care about quality across all aspects, and your expertise is guiding the team to succeed. Strong expertise in modern automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Cypress. You have hands-on experience with Typescript andNode.js, and are willing to learn more. You have a deep understanding of testing methodologies(unit, integration, system, end-to-end, contract)and have developed testing strategies for complex systems and microservices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integrations. You know how to design quality checks that deliver fast, reliable feedback and help teams make informed release decisions without creating bottlenecks in pipelines. A “Best tool for the job” mentality. You are not a zealot and know that having a hammer does not make everything a nail. You are not afraid to try something new and know how to build consensus and knowledge in the team for new tech and concepts. Excellent English communication skills. You work effectively with people from different backgrounds, both technical and non-technical. You are comfortable defending your ideas and challenging others.
