Role & seniority: Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer (MISD), McKinney, TX, Onsite
Stack/tools: Systems Engineering with SI&T focus; Multi-Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) for Ku Band Radar; radar system installation, integration, test plans/procedures; fault analysis and corrective action; data collection/diagnostics; test environments from requirements to deployment
Develop and execute test plans/procedures to verify radar system performance and compliance
Conduct radar hardware/software integration, verification, and validation; analyze results
Review requirements, trace faults, and perform fault analysis/corrective actions; support remote/in-person test events
Bachelor’s degree in STEM and ~5+ years engineering experience
Radar system installation, integration, and/or testing
Ability to travel up to 25% (multi-week site tests)
Strong written/oral communication; experience with test planning and reporting
Advanced degree (EE, CS, Systems/Software Engineering)
Government/test-site test experience; data-driven issue diagnosis

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. This position is located onsite in McKinney, TX. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
