Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) is organized into multiple engineering disciplines responsible for the hands-on integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) process for all Raytheon products. The team utilizes test strategies and architectures, processes, standards, and expertise that ensure our products are successfully taken from subsystems to integrated deployed systems. Test environments are developed, from requirements through engineering and production, to support product test and deployment.
Multidisciplinary Integrated Systems Department (MISD) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team in McKinney, TX. This position will perform software and hardware integration, verification, and validation activities as a Systems Engineer.
What You Will Do
Perform Systems Engineering activities with a focus on integration and test (SI&T) functions in support of the Multi-Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) product line for the Ku Band Radio Frequency System (KuRFS) tactical radar. Review requirements to develop test objectives and success criteria for verification. Develop, review, and execute test plans and test procedures supporting test objectives. Conduct radar systems and software tests independently and analyze results to assess performance, functionality, and compliance. Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis Travel up to 25% in support of integration and test activities, with trips up to three weeks at remote test sites required.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience Radar system installation, integration, and/or test experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience supporting test events at U.S. Government test sites. Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering / Computer Science, or System Engineering. Experience in System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and/or Validation. Familiarity with developing test plans, test procedures, and/or test reports. Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with radar concepts and operations.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
