Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer, Test Automation Lead Engineer as part of the Long Range Radars Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scripts, tools, and tests to support radar software regression testing. What You Will Do Add capabilities, improve, and maintain an automated radar software test & analysis suite in MATLAB. Develop and utilize a user interface to present analyzed radar software data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of capabilities. Perform analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications. Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and customers. Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teammates, stakeholders, and customers. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with MATLAB, data analysis, and/or test script development. Experience with systems integration, system test, and/or system verification. Qualifications We Prefer Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience with radar analysis, system performance assessment, or algorithm design. Experience developing in Linux, Unix, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages. Experience with agile development methods and working in a team environment to provide solutions to challenging technical problems. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
