Akkodis is seeking a Test Automation Engineer for a Contract with a client in Wilmington, DE. You will design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Test Automation Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
Design and develop automated test scripts, test cases, and maintain test automation frameworks. Execute automated tests for functional, regression, integration, performance, and stress testing. Analyze and report test results, identify defects, and troubleshoot issues in both software and automation scripts. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback and faster releases. Maintain and improve test scripts and frameworks as software evolves, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
