We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced Performance Quality Engineer with strong knowledge of Performance Testing methodologies and tools. In this role, you should have a passion for quality and will work closely with developers, product managers and quality engineers on performance test strategies, performance frameworks, tests development, test executions as well as metrics reporting. The successful candidate must have excellent skills in performance testing and monitoring tools with exposure to performance tuning. Minimum 2-7 years Relevant Experience in IT performance testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter / Performance Centre. Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests.
