The Automation QA Engineer will report to the Project Manager (PM) / Scrum Master (SM) / QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Strong experience in API automation testing using REST Assured (Java) Hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) Solid understanding of API testing concepts, including REST architecture, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON handling, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth/JWT Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution Working knowledge of tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and JIRA Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber/Gherkin is an added advantage Exposure to AI-driven testing tools will be a plus
