Role Overview

We are hiring four skilled SDETs to build and scale backend test automation, enabling high-quality, rapid service deployments. The role focuses on designing robust frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliability in distributed microservices environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust automation frameworks for RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and distributed microservices. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to establish quality gates for continuous delivery. Build custom tools, mock services, and utilities to address complex testing challenges. Identify, prioritize, and automate critical P0/P1 business flows across new and existing services. Proactively optimize test suites, improve reliability, and reduce flakiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java and test automation frameworks like Karate or BDD. Hands-on experience with API testing tools and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, Harness). Solid understanding of backend architectures, microservices, and distributed systems. Ability to design and implement automation from scratch as well as enhance existing frameworks. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
