Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Minsk for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. The responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing of the software, ensuring the quality of the product, and collaborating with development teams to identify and fix defects. The role requires working closely with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of software quality by following best testing practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and a thorough understanding of software testing methodologies Experience creating and maintaining detailed test cases Strong skills in Manual Testing and conducting end-to-end testing of applications Knowledge and hands-on experience in QA Automation Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in banking or financial technology industries is an advantage A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
