A Leading Defense Company is Looking for a QA Team Leader!

📍 Location: Haifa

Position Description

• Full responsibility for managing the QA team, leading complex testing activities for integrated multi-disciplinary systems, and maintaining the testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Team management and leadership: Professional and administrative management of a team combining manual testers and automation experts

• Infrastructure and labs: Maintenance, setup, and ongoing management of testing labs

• Test execution: Leading and supervising tests in various environments, including WEB systems and EMBEDDED products

Requirements

• ✔ Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience from technological units in the IDF – mandatory
• ✔ At least 5 years of experience in software/hardware testing – mandatory
• ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader – mandatory
• ✔ Experience in testing complex, integrated multi-disciplinary products – mandatory
• ✔ Experience in managing automated testing activities – advantage
• ✔ Knowledge of Python – advantage
• ✔ Security clearance at “Top Secret” level – significant advantage
