WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US The Principal Testing Services Consultant at SimCorp, is a strategic leader in the delivery of high-quality testing services that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of SimCorp’s solutions. With typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field, this role leads complex testing projects, provides expert guidance, and facilitates continuous improvements in testing methodologies. The Principal Consultant collaborates with stakeholders, mentors team members, and ensures alignment of testing services with organizational goals and client expectations WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability Mentor and guide junior consultants, enhancing skill development and promoting best practices in testing Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues identified during testing Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports Engage with clients to provide strategic insights, address testing concerns, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes WHAT WE VALUE: Leading high-impact testing projects to ensure the reliability and scalability of SimCorp’s software solutions Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into workflows Promoting the use of innovative testing tools and practices to optimize service delivery Conducting detailed analyses of testing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and expertise in testing best practices Engaging with stakeholders to align testing services with broader organizational objectives and client needs Supporting the development and refinement of testing frameworks, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency Managing escalations related to testing challenges and ensuring timely resolution for seamless project delivery BENEFITS Attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
