Job Title: Supplier Quality EngineerJob Description
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will represent the quality function providing technical support alongside other internal support groups for issues impacting manufacturing on global customer accounts. You will act as the liaison between our company and suppliers or customers on quality-related matters.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain QA plans and timelines for global new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning and Process Optimization tailored to the customer. Participate in initial process design, development, and implementation phases to support quoting activities. Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes through inspection aids and instruction guidelines. Develop and implement specialized training sessions for global training programs specific to the customer. Create and maintain systems for document storage, access, and review pertaining to global customer accounts. Review and address all discrepancies related to supplies, internal processes, and customer concerns, coordinating and tracking the effectiveness of corrective and proactive action efforts. Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance of documentation files, ensuring efficient document storage and access. Participate in vendor survey activities, promote proactive supplier engagement, and support their process improvement efforts. Interface with various departments to adhere to company policies and procedures. Provide insight and assistance in implementing and maintaining process improvement and optimization with a focus on proactive methodologies. Assist in standardizing manufacturing processes for global customer accounts. Provide technical support on quality issues to customers as needed.

Work Environment
The work environment is extremely clean and temperature-controlled. The dress code requires work pants and a polo or button-down shirt, with composite toe footwear mandatory in the work cell at all times.
