Global Business IT, Corp. is seeking a highly qualified QA Lead to join our technology team. This role is designed for a professional with solid experience in manual and automated testing, team leadership, software quality management, and collaborative work in agile environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong results-driven mindset, analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to design, execute, and implement quality assurance strategies. Plan, execute, and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality. Ensure proper incident management and tracking using specialized tools. Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with development and product teams. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, performance, and application quality. Ensure timely delivery and high quality of deliverables. Promote best practices in testing, documentation, and automation.
Technical Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar role.
Strong experience in manual testing: functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT. Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium or similar). Experience using issue and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Basic knowledge of API and service testing (Postman, Swagger). Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Advanced / Bilingual English (required).
