Role & seniority: Test Engineer (3–5 years) in aviation/aerospace; professional experience in complex industrial environments; involvement across product lifecycle with certification authorities.
Stack/tools: Aeronautical test instrumentation (analog/digital), test benches, jigs, measurement systems (strain, loads, vibrations, performance), data analysis and validation, test automation (exposure to advanced tools), preparation of certification documentation.

TXT e-Tech is looking for Test Engineers to be involved in international projects, operating in highly complex technological environments within the Aviation and Aerospace sectors, both civil and military.
The selected candidate will work on testing, verification, and validation activities for aeronautical systems, collaborating closely with development and prototyping teams as well as with certification authorities, throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
Definition of test specifications and test plans in collaboration with product engineering and prototyping teams Execution of tests on aeronautical systems (structural, environmental, vibration, and functional tests) Analysis, interpretation, and validation of test data Preparation and approval of technical documentation and final test reports Technical coordination and management of external test suppliers Contribution to the development and improvement of test methods and tools, including test automation and advanced data analysis approaches
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Experience in test engineering within the aviation / aerospace domain Ability to define test specifications, test plans, and test procedures Experience in executing structural, environmental, vibration, and functional tests Skills in measurement data analysis and validation (strain, loads, vibrations, performance) Experience in drafting technical test reports and certification documentation Use of analog and digital measurement instrumentation Experience with test benches, jigs & tools Knowledge of aeronautical systems (airframe, structures, dynamic systems, fuel systems) Interaction with certification authorities and regulatory compliance processes Experience in the technical management of external test suppliers Skills in data analysis and test automation (exposure to advanced tools is a plus) 3–5 years of professional experience in complex industrial environments Previous experience in aviation / aerospace contexts
