Conduct manual accessibility testing for high-visibility, content-heavy websites (including keyboard navigation, screen reader behavior, focus management, color contrast, forms/tables/menus/modals/dynamic content)
Review CMS templates/pages and produce clear, actionable accessibility reports; verify fixes and prevent regressions; support QA/UAT cycles
Collaborate with designers and developers to explain issues and recommended solutions; prioritize issues by user impact and compliance risk
3–5+ years in accessibility testing; experience testing large, content-heavy websites
In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508; ARIA; semantic HTML

This role focuses on testing, validating, and protecting accessibility compliance for high-visibility, content-heavy institutional websites. Experience with higher education or government websites is strongly preferred.
