QA Engineer (3+ Years Experience) 📍 Lahore, Pakistan (On-site — Only Lahore-based candidates will be considered) 💼 Full-time Invowork is looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance to join our growing team in Lahore. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our web applications, APIs, and internal tools meet the highest quality standards before deployment. Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and backend systems. Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Perform regression, integration, and API testing to validate functionality. Prepare clear test plans, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA engineering. Hands-on experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Postman). Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies — ability to work within sprint cycles, attend stand-ups, and support release planning. Experience with API testing, database validation (SQL), and UI/UX validation. Working knowledge of JIRA, Git, or similar collaboration tools. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
