About the role We are hiring a mid level Quality Assurance Engineer with strong attention to detail and solid technical understanding. This role requires strong QA experience along with the ability to communicate clearly with clients on technical matters. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of hands on QA experience and can test modern web applications built on backend and frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities Review requirements and client specifications Create and execute test cases and test scenarios Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing Test frontend UI, backend logic, and API integrations Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools Test WordPress themes, plugins, and custom features Identify, log, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps Re test fixes and confirm quality before release Serve as a technical point of contact for clients Understand client needs and explain technical details in simple terms Support UAT and post deployment activities Reproduce and analyze client reported issues internally
Required Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications Strong understanding of manual testing processes Good technical knowledge of backend, frontend, and databases Experience in API testing and data validation Ability to communicate confidently with clients Strong documentation and reporting skills Working knowledge of Git basics Good problem solving and coordination skills Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field is preferred
