About The Role
We are hiring a senior manual QA engineer to join our engineering/quality assurance team.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on owning end-to-end product quality across web and mobile applications.
You will act as a quality champion, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure we deliver reliable, high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end quality for web and mobile applications. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, smoke, and exploratory testing. Identify edge cases, requirement gaps, and usability issues. Log, track, and manage defects using Jira. Validate fixes and ensure timely defect closure. Mentor junior QA engineers and define QA best practices. Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release discussions.
Required Skills
710+ years of hands-on manual testing experience. Strong experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS & Android). Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong product thinking and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Nice To Have
API testing experience (Postman or similar tools). Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright). Basic understanding of SQL. Experience with performance or security testing. Prior experience mentoring QA team members.
