The Opportunity We are an investment firm building a next-generation "AI Operating System" to power our deal flow and investor relations. We are looking for a Low-Code Engineer who can own our operations stack. We aren't looking for someone to just connect simple triggers (Zapier-style). We need an architect who can build complex, multi-step workflows that fetch unstructured data (call transcripts, email history), process it via LLMs (Claude/GPT), and execute high-stakes communications with precision. What You Will Build (General Scope)

AI-Driven Communications: Workflows that draft hyper-personalized emails to investors and clients by referencing historical data and context.

Intelligent Reporting Loops: Systems that periodically query our database to aggregate activity logs and generate strategic summaries for stakeholders.

Data Synchronization: Ensuring seamless data flow between our CRM (Attio), Database (Supabase), and Deal Room (Airtable).

Contextual RAG: Building logic that pulls specific past interactions (transcripts) to inform future AI outputs. The Tech Stack

Orchestration: n8n (Primary requirement).

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL).

CRM: Attio & Airtable.

AI: Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) & OpenAI APIs. Who You Are

n8n Expert: You are comfortable using Code Nodes (JavaScript) to manipulate JSON data, handle error routing, and manage complex logic trees.

Data Literate: You are comfortable writing SQL queries (Supabase) to fetch, filter, and aggregate specific datasets (e.g., "Fetch interactions from the last 48 hours").

Prompt Engineer: You understand how to structure System vs. User prompts to prevent hallucinations and ensure strict formatting compliance.

Detail Oriented: We automate high-value interactions. You understand the importance of testing and "kill-switches" to prevent errors. Show more Show less
