  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

  • RF knowledge; experience with lab measurement devices; strong Excel/PowerPoint; good English; proactive team player; strong project management and independence

Nice-to-haves

  • Networking industry experience; familiarity with ATE and HW teams; data-driven optimization for cost reduction

We are looking for a Production Testing Engineer to join our team. You will report to the Sr. Production Engineering Manager Location Working at least 4 days a week from the office in Caesarea

What you will be doing

  • Responsibility of testing and validation of products from prototypes to production
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing products
  • Setup test stations, install, validate and implement into production
  • Leading projects into production – full responsibility
  • Analyzing data and yield metrics to identify improvements efficiently and cost reduction
  • Generate full reporting, presentations with detailed analysis, corrective actions and follow-up
  • Reading electrical schemas and data sheets
  • Support R&D and Production activities. Work closely with ATE and HW teams
  • Overseeing production to ensure meeting standards specifications

What you should have

B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment (networking industry is preferred)
  • RF knowledge, experience with lab equipment and measurement devices such as Network and Spectrum Analyzer
  • Team player, proactive, initiative and motivated
  • Strong project micro-management skills, independence
  • Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Goal-oriented to meet targets and due dates
  • Good English (reading, writing and speaking)
