The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled engineer with a strong foundation in C/C++ driver development, hardware IP validation, and automated test case development . The role spans pre-silicon and post-silicon phases, involving platform bring-up, validation execution, debugging, and support for silicon enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and debug Linux device drivers for accelerator IP. Design and execute validation test plans for IP and SoC components Perform pre-silicon validation using FPGA emulation (HAPS/Zebu). Drive post-silicon bring-up, regression testing, and root cause analysis. Build Python and C/C++ based test cases for coverage and functional validation. Collaborate with architecture, design, and silicon validation teams. Maintain and improve automation frameworks (Python/Perl).
Required Skills
Proficient in C/C++, Linux kernel internals, and Python scripting. Working knowledge of x86 architecture,. Experience with FPGA-based emulation (HAPS/Zebu). Familiarity with pre-silicon/post-silicon validation flows. Prior work on Intel QAT, accelerators, or similar hardware IP is a plus.
