The role Bilingual Test Engineer (Japanese - English) responsible for conducting meetings and preparing written summaries in both Japanese and English. Reviews, creates, and revises test cases in accordance with existing documentation and instructions from senior engineers. Provides guidance and oversight to team members, and compiles, analyzes, and reports test results. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required. Proficiency in English (Writing & Speaking). Have experience over 3 years with create and execute Test Plan, Test case (Test Design) for all testing phases. Good requirement analysis skills. Experience in writing document, giving presentations, and working directly with Japanese customers. Well-organized, creative, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language), high responsibility and teamwork spirit. Onsite work is required.
