Role & seniority: Quality Engineer (reports to QA Manager), likely mid-level.
Stack/tools: SolidWorks, e-drawing, GD&T, CAD; basic SPC knowledge; experience in high-volume manufacturing/assembly test/SMT environments.
Top 3 responsibilities

Assess and recommend improvements to QC procedures to boost effectiveness and efficiency.

Own QA product/process health indicators and dppm reports; analyze QA/test/process failures and drive systematic corrective actions.

Lead cross-functional quality/reliability improvement projects and provide technical evaluation; support NPI.
Must-have skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering (preferably Mechatronics/Electronic).

Experience managing quality-related matters; understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T.

Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, e-drawing) and basic SPC knowledge.

Adaptable; experience in high-volume manufacturing and/or assembly test, SMT environments.

On-site presence (100% onsite).
Nice-to-haves
- NPI support experience; stronger cross-functional collaboration experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to QA Manager

To assess and recommend to improve effectiveness and efficiency of QC procedures.
