At CGI, we are currently hiring a QA profile with a high level of English to work on an international banking sector project.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Conversational English (B2 or higher). 3 to 6 years of relevant experience as QA, Tester, Test Analyst, or similar roles. Experience with Microservices. Testing in Java and APIs. Testing strategy and test case development. Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile methodologies. Good understanding of UAT standards and testing environment methodology. Knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing cases. Schedules and executes tests as assigned, reports defects and issues to the development team for correction, re-tests once fixed, validates corrected code. Tracks defects and conducts root cause analysis until resolution. Maintain effective communication with assigned projects and development teams. Support the continuous improvement process by proactively implementing actions to increase testing effectiveness and efficiency. Promote regular follow-up meetings and present results to stakeholders. Validate data.
