Role & seniority: Software Tester, Permanent; Specialist Talent level (on-site preference in Dorset with hybrid work)
Stack/tools: Manual testing across web apps, microservices, and backend; Agile environment; Jira XRay for test management; test plans creation
Perform manual testing of web applications, microservices, and backend services
Investigate, reproduce, and help identify root causes of live issues with ops/dev teams
Create/maintain test plans; conduct sprint, system, and regression testing; participate in daily stand-ups
Solid manual testing experience in Agile contexts
Experience testing web applications; strong problem-solving for complex systems
Ability to work independently and in a small team (face-to-face and via Teams); good communication and time management; fluent English
Familiarity with UI test automation tools (e.g., Cypress), performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter), and test management tools
Understanding of test automation concepts (not required to create automated tests)
