Could you be the full-time hybrid Test Industrialisation Engineer in Katowice , PL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned industrial testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Piotr (Regional Center Industrialization Manager) and work in a creative and cohesive team. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our industrial test processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, manufacturing, quality control), ensure the application of testing standards, maintenance of test equipment, and much more.

We’ll look to you for

Contributing to Hardware test specification and FAT Software defined by engineering, Guaranteeing the application of industrial testing standards (DFT rules, standard test platform usage, maintenance rules) during product development, Developing, deploying, validating and maintaining test bench, fixtures, test sequence, programming tools, burn-in means, operating manual, Managing testing means, development or upgrading, including configuration management and related verification according to QCD targets, Managing maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal, external),

Ensuring support to manufacturing related to industrial test means: deployment, upgrading, follow-up, reporting, maintenance, debugging, expertise, and continuous improvement, Training the workers and EPU managers during design and industrialization phase, Investigating root causes in case of non-conformity or incident, and implement corrective solutions

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, Experience or understanding of industrial test processes in the electronics domain, Knowledge of test principles and methods, including testability, test coverage, and test tool capacity, Knowledge and commercial experience with C#/.NET and LabView Excellent communication skills, Operational effectiveness and openness to learning new things, English at B2+, both written and spoken, Familiarity with test tools and means such as CEETIS and WEETECH is an advantage
