You'll have enough experience behind you to see problems before they occur, to educate the team and modernise QA strategy You’d be comfortable building upon an existing robust, scalable Test Automation framework with a bias towards frontend UI - React From planning to execution, you’ll know full-stack testing and how to implement modern approaches for maximum impact (Web/API/early visibility of quality on CI/CD pipelines) You’ll be excited to start learning about Performance/Load testing, even if this is new to you
