We are looking for a Senior SQA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual, Automation, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, defining QA strategies, and improving testing processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and/or mobile applications
• Perform performance, load, and stress testing and analyze results
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects through their lifecycle
• Review requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for testability
• Mentor junior SQA engineers and contribute to QA best practices
• Participate in release planning and regression testing cycles
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in Manual Testing
• Hands-on expertise in Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.)
• Experience with Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Knowledge of security testing basics

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
